I'm done with death. Lost a high school classmate this morning. Will always remember how dedicated she was to everything and how happy she always was. Rest Easy, Tasha.
LucidDreamerVery sorry to hear this. My condolences.

I'm really hating NaNo. I want to quit but I'm already 30k into it and I know that I can't.
spineofironDon't feel bad about quitting -- I quit twice before finally winning last year. And remember, 30k is still 30k more than you had before November! Don't pressure yourself too much. :)

One more chapter and I can finish up this book proposal. Don't know why it's going so slow, but the end result is good (I think) so I shall just keep plodding along...

Hi, I'm new here! HI! I have a question, and I don't know where to ask this in the forums. When sending out queries, do you send them all out at once?
AightballThat's up to you. I sometimes do a test batch: five queries, wait and see what happens. If I get five rejections or just don't hear back at all, I revise the query or the pages or both. Send out five more.
Some people send out 10 at a time, some more. It all depends on what you're comfortable with. But I'd advise against sending them all out. You don't want to burn through all your picks right away.
