I received a request for a full from Jewelann Cone at Cascade Literary Agency. I sent it off excited that my MS appealed to someone and then googled her. I have yet to find any positive feedback, although there is nothing necessarily negative either. Two other agents have requested a full, one in November and one just a few days ago. Both of those agents are reputable. I know I'm jumping the gun here, but I just want to be prepared.

Thanks for any information you can give :)

Check out Preditors and Editors...they have a database of agencies and authors and she's likely in it.

Most girls are made of
sugar and spice and everything nice; they
screwed up the recipe for me: I'm made of
bat wings and broken things.

Congratulations on securing interests from the parties you mentioned, and I'd certainly follow through with the feedback shared by Aightball and Fer. Good luck!

  • Publishing Experience:I published my first book through AuthorHouse. Since then I tried out a small one-man publishing company and then a mid-level publishing LLC. I have since unpublished all of my books from those companies and I have published them all through CreateSpace, Kindle Direct Publishing, and most recently SmashWords. I am much happier with this arrangement.

Not much info, but here's this: http://absolutewrite...ad.php?t=238422

She's not listed with AAR. Any sales are to publishers who don't require an agent to submit. Good luck.
