Agency hopping.  Hmm.

Actually, switching between agencies is fairly common. Three agents I know personally have moved agencies in the last six months.

One of my good friends switched because she wanted to work in a smaller, more personal agency. But most agents move because they either are going in a different direction with their list than the tone of the agency, for personal reasons as my friend, or maybe they simply think that another agency will be a better fit for them at that time in their life.

Don't worry, there's nothing shady about this.

"My face in thine eye, thine in mine appears. And true plain hearts do in the faces rest. Where can we find two better hemispheres? Without sharpe North, without declining west. Whatever dies was not mix'd equally. If our two loves be one and thou and I love so alike, that none can slacken, none can die." --John Donne
