I guess the middle one. I was going to say the third one, but the flames/coloration muddies up the text.

I like the clarity of the middle one, but I would like the color of the last one if it were solid instead of flames.

 

(Just out of curiosity, who is the artist for your covers? The drawings/paintings are absolutely stunning.)

I vote for the third because I like the contrast between the orange and the yellow/orange. But I agree that the text should be solid to make it more legible.
