Hello everyone,

I write children’s stories and I would love to join this forum. At the moment, I’m working on perfecting my picture book query letter for a mystery detective story for ages 4-8. I’ve searched in the successful query section but haven’t found any that are appropriate. Can I get some help here?

Elle,

The best thing you can do is polish up your query as best as you can on your own, then post it on the general query critiques board for feedback. That way people can give you feedback specific to your query draft instead of just overall, vague advice.
