Since we've made a listing for twitter, I figured we might as well throw Facebook in there. Post your profile link here.

Mine: https://www.facebook.com/ashpence
I also have twitter, but I don't update it.

Sorry, changed my mind. Not that I don't like you guys, but I just decided I want to keep my FB page a little more personal (very close friends and family).

  • Publishing Experience:My first book has been self published. It is a compilation of short stories and intertwined between the pages lay heartfelt poetry. The poetry I might add have been published several times over in many coffee table editions. I brought them all together in one book. Of course I continue to write more and they are proudly displayed on my blog.
I am looking for an agent for my newest edition, "Reflections of Death," a horror novel. It will be completely polished by the end of Nov/ 2010. *Grins*

Interesting. I see Jean's and J. Lea's links are taking people to the correct pages. But Robin's are not, they aren't even clickable, and The Taressa's isn't working either.

So how is this done correctly, oh wise ones? I tried to put a link to my Facebook pages on my blog, and when I click on it, it just takes me to the Home Facebook Login Page, not my page at all.

I've been trying to figure this out.

I have another Facebook question:

What do you guys think about fan pages? Should they be set up under your (the author's) name, or the name of the book? I've seen it done both ways about equally there.

I thought about that, but I decided to put mine under the name of the book. That way I can update info for book signings and public speakings and such. I already have a personal facebook page.
