Looking through an agent bio and preferences today, and it said they were interested in "latte lit" -- a genre term I have never heard before.

Does anyone know what this is? The only Google result I could find said it was similar to chick lit, but I didn't know if others had heard this term and could offer examples.

Sounds like a passing fad, to me.

It sounds like something people that sit in coffee shops would read...what that means I have no idea. Like "coffee table" books. After a Google search, I think it means like "peace and love" types of books. Hippie books that uppity coffee chops would sell.
