I finally decided that I was not an attractive client for a young hungry agent since I'm detectably 70 years old and have a more or less limited future with perhaps a not so attractive subject matter.

 

That said  I can't tell you how happy I am to have published The Last Lost Warrior.  In only a few days I've accumulated 42 sales, perhaps in large part as a result of building a large Facebook audience anticipating the release of the novel.

 

It helps that I really don't need to make a living with this.  I'm retired.  I don't want money so much as I want the audience.  I wrote this book to be read by people who wanted or needed to read it.

 

AgentQueryConnect has been an immense help, focusing my work, forcing me to understand who my audience was or could be.
