Just wondering if anyone has launched a self published book using a pen name and attempted to market completely as that alternate personality?  If you have did you go so far as to create a fake facebook page and web site for that pen name?

No but that sounds fun. Might do that.

I did! I would say it's definitely harder to market. I have facebook under my penname but I don't use it except for writer groups. I don't like facebook though.

This topic sounds intriguing.

Is the book one that would make people who know you question if they are some of the characters in the book?
