will a colon in the subject line of an email make my submission hang up in a spam filter?

I'm querying, just started, and I wanted to know if anyone thought having a colon in my title, in the subject line of an email, would make my query hang up in a spam filter. 


Maybe it would be better if I used a comma or a dash?
