Will escapes to Cian’s house. They confront one another in an intense shouting match. Will reveals he never dated Ansel. Cian reveals he never outed Will – it must have been a lie Will’s mom told to keep them apart. He tells Will he’s selfish for having never communicated with Cian. Their fight flicked a switch in both of them, and they return to campus feeling cathartic and cleansed. Will begins therapy.
