Hi all, does anyone else have an issue uploading a profile picture here? I have tried many times, but when it says it is uploaded no picture is displayed :( Anyone smarter than me that can point me in the right direction?

Desperately looking for advice on my query The Other Side of Blood

My published novel on Amazon The Traitor in the Trees

There's a pinned post in the Site Navigation and Report Bugs forum, but honestly nothing I did worked until I uploaded from a URL. So my original intention of uploading a photo from my computer didn't work, and I had to settle for finding something online that was small enough (that's still the key of finding a picture that fits the size requirements).

Nothing to reciprocate on right now; I'm off in the query trenches.

You can also use free software to shrink your image.  I'm probably not much help for you because I drive a linux machine and not a windows or Mac so the software I used isn't likely to work for you.

Been having the same issue uploading an avatar...might have to check out Gravatar. Have had no luck even uploading from a URL :/
