Pretty much as the subject asks, could someone use their query hook as a pitch for Twitter? It's brief and it should entice the agent hopefully or is that not the best method to follow?

If it has the main character, the conflict, and the stakes, you should be good.

Agreed. Though make sure if an agent requests your query to have an alternative so that you don't repeat yourself.
