Passive Writing: Do You Really Want to Send Your Reader into a Coma?
with MMPollard

This workshop focuses on passive voice, nominalizations, vague -ing words,
and weak verbs. These problem areas spell rejection because they rob your
writing of energy and clarity. MM Pollard, English teacher extraordinaire,
will show you how to fix these fatal errors BEFORE you send your manuscript
to an agent or editor.

Check out our full list of workshop at

I've taken quite a few RWA classes and they are great. You can lurk, get fully involved or whatever! They are fully online and you don't have to be anywhere in particular at any time--very handy.

I love connecting with and helping other AQCers outside this forum as well. You can find me all over the place!
