Anyone else getting paranoid when reading #TheWritersVoice newsfeed on Twitter? Cupid said they really wanted to like one but felt it would have fit in the market a few years ago. Which is what I'm paranoid about for my entry. So I checked my blog and it had one more view than it did 10 minutes before. Which makes me think it was Cupid. I hope it wasn't :(

Like Cupid also said in her tweets, if you're getting paranoid about some of her statements, think seriously about whether it could be you and what you can take/learn from it, and also admit that maybe it's *just* paranoia.

Dear Writing Gods,

If you make Cupid pick me, I promise I'll sacrifice something in your honor. Heck, I'll sacrifice a major character from my book in your name. PLEASE JUST LET ME GET PICKED.

Her IP address comes up as Denver when she views my website, but I'm not certain how accurate that is...

Thanks! Pretty much all have been made. Just waiting for Cupid and Monica to pick one alternate each (will get coached along with the rest of the team, and be ready in case someone has to drop out), which they'll do in the morning.

In case you guys haven't heard, there's still more fun to come even if you didn't make one of the teams. On May 24th from 12PM until 6PM EDT, they're holding a twitter pitch match with guest judges John Cusick and Vickie Motter. Anyone who entered The Writers Voice can enter this too! Read all the details here!

Good luck to everyone who got picked!

So wish I'd had my edits done in time to join in the fun...

Maybe next time.
