So my editing pass went well, but I think I need some time before I hit it again. That means my sole writing endeavors for today are to take one more crack at that blog post and either watch a movie or read for fun.

Five hundred words on the killer action chapter, a blog post, and one critique. Other than that, a run to the grocery story, then out for pizza.

A busy day. Had hoped to get one scene re-written but so far I'm only partway through.

Only 300 words. But did the blog post and the critique. Got the groceries and pizza was filling.

And it's awesome.

I never posted my goals for today, but if I had they would say: crit x3 and write 2K. I've not done either as of yet so we'll see if it happens before bed.

I did half a crit for two people, I'll finish it up later. And I wrote 3331 words in the WIP. Read a little too, but not much though. I shall do better on the crits and reading tomorrow(today).

Added a couple hundred words to the novel in progress, which is the first I've touched it in a month. I'm hoping to enter August (Camp Nano) with 30,000 words on it. If I'm really, really lucky, I might even have a first draft done by September, but I'm not banking on it.

Miserable failure yesterday. I had forgotten I had an appointment to go to and it totally disrupted my day. Plus at home we are gearing up for company.

Somehow I got that scene done, but now I'm off on a weekend trip so probably won't get any writing done until I get home.
